You can use it at ambient temperature or,for a more intense action, let it cool in the fridge for a few hours before use.
Be sure to shake the ampoule well. Insert the breaking device and crack the ampoule. Insert the applicator into the ampoule by pushing down until it is secure. Remove the cap and twist until the formula enters the dropper.
Press applicator to dispense half of the formula. Apply to face and neck, morning and night.
